Yup. That supposed 540i.

why supposed? Do you think it is a 3.0 upbadged?

No, because of THIS .

haha I remember that. Is it fixed and under Hermann's ownership?

Needs moar wagon. I wish it was a 540i, though. The 3.0 isn't exactly potent.

It's on a sort of limbo. Long story short, it's under my best friend's ownership, so sadly I didn't close the deal, but I'm putting all in to fix it. It's a shame that I'm unable to buy it for myself (bought an apartment).
I am talking to a guy who has all the parts available and negotiating the price (he wants about 900USD).

are they local or coming there from the states?

Local. It's from another state.
I found a supplier in the US willing to send it all, and technically it'd be cheaper. But you may be aware of the ridiculous Brazilian importation taxes. And buying something from another country might end up with a random tax based on a random value they judge the thing you bought is worth.
To give an example, I bought 2 blipshift shirts last year and they were taxed by 150% and some glasses my wife bought were taxed by 200%. So, buying parts would be very sketchy as I have no idea how much they'll be taxed, even if I fill all the papers.

Whoa. Nice color! Is it the M60 or M30?
My dream actually is an E34 M5 Touring in Manual.

M60, auto though. The ZF isn't a bad auto, per se, but a manual would be much better.
